Who is your Wedding Coordinator?

If you don’t have a professional wedding coordinator, I ask that you would designate one family member or friend as your wedding coordinator for the day. This person will be someone that I can work with and talk to throughout the day to provide a seamless, worry-free day for you.

How many wedding guests are you expecting?

Tell me about any restrictions or guidelines at your ceremony and reception location that I should know about.

Make to sure include if there are any time restrictions as to how early or how late I am permitted to be on the location.

Are there any special or unique touches you have incorporated into your wedding day that you want me to be aware of?
